Mehren Yar is a Spanish-Pakistani actor based in London. She first took an interest in acting while doing theatre productions at school, and later went onto study filmmaking at Kings College London.

Mehren is fluent in English, Spanish and Urdu and has a high standard of Hindi and Gulf Arabic.

‘The Brown Doll’ is Mehren’s debut play, where she is thrilled to be apart of such a poignant project, Directed by Niloo Far Khan. She enjoys delving into characters that shine a light on new voices and powerful storytelling.
