Sharyn hails from The Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. Her first language is Gaelic.

Most recently, she was cast in the role of Tracey in new Scottish Gaelic language TV Series, ‘An t-Eilean (The Island)’, a four part crime thriller that is currently airing on BBC.
