Sally was born in London and grew up in Norfolk. She lives in London, where she trained at ArtsEd. After several years working on stage and screen, she took a break from the industry to bring up her two children.
Since returning to acting, Sally has performed in the one-woman show The Cloak of Visibility by Louise Breckon-Richards and appeared in several films, including Subject73, directed by Reiff Gaskell and winner of Best Film at the Scottish Youth Film Festival. She is an active member of Director’s Cut Theatre.
Her voiceover credits include campaigns for the Big Give, Twilio, the Wetlands Trust and the NHS.
When not acting or in the voiceover booth, Sally loves painting, writing and yoga. She is also a qualified mindfulness teacher, with guided meditations available on Insight Timer.
